Admissions Policy

For more information on admissions, please refer to the booklet ‘Schools in Suffolk’, which will be given on application for a place at the school. Parents who make a late application will be considered after those received by the deadline, according to the criteria listed in the ‘Schools in Suffolk’ booklet. Important —Parents should note that it is not possible to guarantee a place in the catchment area school unless it is one of the three schools nominated on the application form and the form arrives before the deadline. You should therefor consider naming the catchment area school as one of your nominations.

Places are not guaranteed, however, in the neighbouring Junior school if it is not the catchment area school. In other words, it is necessary to apply at each stage of transfer for any school, which is not your catchment area school.
